Who is MetrixIQ?
We are a certified Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) that is wholly Mexican-American owned. Beyond this certification, diversity is foundational in our company’s DNA.
MetrixIQ employees come from diverse cultures and backgrounds across the western hemisphere, hailing from across the United States to Mexico. Some of us are Colorado and Ohio natives, choosing to give back to the communities that raised us.
Our four-person leadership team is 50% women, 25% Black, and 25% Latinx. Our team members identify as Black, Latinx, White, and LGBTQ.
MetrixIQ employees are also diverse in educational backgrounds, studying at public and private universities across the country. We hold degrees ranging from business to social work, education to plant genetics, and communications to engineering. We encourage a pursuit of education, with five of us holding graduate degrees and former employees attending graduate school while working for Metrix. Former employee work experience extends from nonprofits and government to private sector, in roles such as educators, counselors, sales and customer support.
