Rob McDaniel founded MetrixIQ in 2009 with the primary objective of providing value-driven business solutions to government and non-profit entities. Since its founding, MetrixIQ has become an industry leader in Early Childhood Education (ECE) operations, tuition credit modeling, and data program development.
Prior to founding MetrixIQ, Rob was Vice President of Corporate Grow at Policy Studies Incorporated, a leading provider of outsourced services to state and local governments. In this role, Rob held executive oversight for business activities totaling more than $200 million.
Rob approaches every project with proven experience ranging from financial strategy to public policy and operational pragmatism. Through a deep commitment to understanding his clients’ unique goals and challenges, Rob’s ability to bring together diverse stakeholders to achieve a common goal is a trademark of his professional skill set and sets MetrixIQ apart.
Rob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and two sons.
Matt Tessar is a specialized technology and database architect and engineer who has spent the last 15 years of his career architecting and developing scalable, extensible systems that have been successfully implemented by clients such as the US Census Bureau, Equifax, YMCA, and the American Cancer Society.
For the last 12 years, Matt has been running two separate technology companies with the primary focus of helping organizations develop their technology strategy to support and enhance key client initiatives. His long-term partnership with MetrixIQ has yielded technological innovation for clients in diverse government sectors.
While working with Equifax Corporation, Matt designed and built a distributed system for automatically processing, enriching, and assembling product/warranty registration cards for hundreds of large brands. The system processed tens of millions of records on a daily basis and delivered results to secure web dashboards for macro-analysis of demographic and product trends across the US.
Matt holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Computer Science and Geography from the University of Wisconsin–EauClaire. Matt lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and their two young children, who currently attend public Montessori school.
Emma is the Program Manager for the Enrollment and Eligibility Programs for MetrixIQ in Denver. In her role, Emma leads the Denver team and manages strategic projects in partnership with the Denver Preschool Program.
Emma comes from a customer support and operations background within the technology start-up space. Prior to working at MetrixIQ, Emma held roles in the San Francisco Bay Area as an Account Manager at ZeroCater, the Director of Vendor Operations at Chewse, and Director of Customer Support at rockflowerpaper. In these roles, she had the opportunity to work with a diverse set of clients while refining systems and processes designed to increase organizational efficiency. She has a strong background in project management, requirements gathering, and managing relationships with technology partners.
While new to the Early Childhood Education space, Emma brings a unique viewpoint to MetrixIQ’s clients. She has experience in developing and managing a variety of Customer Relationship Management databases, conducting forecasts and other needed data analysis, and building and motivating teams.
Emma holds a BA in History from Yale University and an MBA from the University of California, Davis. She lives in Denver with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
